She holds an Executive Master’s degree in Strategic Planning and Business Administration, HEC University, France, 2014.
Maryam Al-Misnad has held many positions: She was a member of the "Childhood Committee" at the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in 2006 and served as Acting Executive Director of the Children's Cultural Center in 2008. She also served as Director of Media and Communication at the Social Rehabilitation Center "Al-Aween" in 2011. She served as Regional Director of Communication and Awareness Campaign at the Education for All Foundation in 2013.
Maryam Al-Misnad is currently the Executive Director of the Orphans Care Center (Dreama). She is one of the graduates of Qatar Leadership Center’s "Young Leaders" program. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies.
She has been awarded the title of Ambassador of Orphans for the year 2017 by the Higher Committee organizing the Sanabil Award for Social Responsibility in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
She took part in organizing several awareness campaigns in the community to provide a safe environment for orphaned
children, as well as spurring the organization to implement international standards for shelters through partnerships and exchange of experiences with Gulf countries and international organizations.
She has also contributed to sensitizing the community to the most critical issues related to the education of children in areas of armed conflicts in order to raise public awareness in the local and international communities.
He holds a Bachelor in Law from Cairo University in 2000 and holds the position of Legal Advisor at Dreama since October 2016. He took part in several local and international conferences, committees and seminars, as well as workshops
Mr. Fahad Al-Muhammadi has 17 years of experience in the legal field. He served in 2001 as Legal Researcher in the Department of Fatwa and Contracts at the Ministry of Justice; Head of Legal Information Networks Section in the Department of Fatwa and Contracts from 2007 up to January 2010; Assistant Manager. Legal Affairs Department from January 2010 up to May 2011; Assistant Manager, Fatwa and Contracts Department in the Ministry of Justice from 2013 up to 2014. He also served at the Ministry of Justice as Assistant Manager, Law Practice Affairs from 2014 up to December 2016; as a legal advisor for the Disciplinary Committee of the Childhood Cultural Center from 2012 to 2014; and from
March 2007 to January 2010 and then from March 2014 to September 2016, as Secretary to the Committee of Admission of Lawyers at the Ministry of Justice, chaired by the Minister of Justice.
Mr Al-Khanji holds B.Sc. in Business Administration from Qatar University – 2003 and enjoys a number of skills and abilities to expand activities, services and investments.
Mr Mohammed has practical experience of more than 14 years in a number of diverse fields and activities including: General Manager of Dlala Islamic, Amlak Finance – Qatar Branch Manager, Media Manager and Official Spokesperson for Qatar Stars League and Qatar’s Olympic Team, also the Marketing Manager at the Sports Media Committee.
Mr. Al-Mufatah holds B.Sc. in Business computing solutions from Bradford College, UK – 2011 and a Diploma in Information Technology from the College of North Atlantic – Qatar, 2009.
Mr. Mohammed joined the General Authority of Radio and Television (Qatar TV) in 2004 and in 2010 Joined Ooredoo – Intelligence Network Section. In 2012 he joined the Department of Information Technology at Qatar International Petroleum Marketing Company (Tasweeq) and in 2016 Joined the Cyber Security Department at Qatar Petroleum (QP).
Also, Mr. Mohammed attended a number of training courses as Lead Implementer ISO27001 from BSI in addition to a number of courses in networking and Microsoft Systems.
She holds a BA in Media and Information Sciences from the University of Qatar, 2012.
She joined Dreama in 2013 as a specialist at the Media and Public Relations Bureau, and assigned in November 2016 as Head, Setup and Design Unit.
In addition, she is a member in a number of committees and teams, including: the Committee for the Promotion of Partnerships; the Committee for Tenders and Auctions in Dreama; the e-portal project; and member of the contact group of the Qatar Foundation for Social Action and the centers affiliated with it.
Noor Al-Muhannadi attended several courses in public relations, the art of dealing with others, team building, etiquette and protocol skills, and dealing with the media.
She also organized several Dreama events, in addition to many significant and joined events with Qatar Foundation for Social Action and the centers affiliated with it.
She holds a BA in Media from the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Qatar, 2002.
She has 14 years of experience in social establishments at the Department of Information and Public Relations, and has held the position of Head, Media Section at the Qatar Orphan Foundation (Dreama).
Mrs. Munira Mohamad Al-Balooshi has various skills as a media figure, a speaker, and a press writer, as well as skills in media and advertising marketing, and the production of awareness programs with a variety of educational media formats of quality, and has contributed to the production of the film "Embrace Dreama".
From 2006 to the first quarter of 2016, she contributed to the media promotion of Dreama, in terms of developing and feeding an audiovisual and print media database and forming a successful mental image in the media about the Orphans Care Center “Dreama.”
He holds a BA in Social Services, in addition to various certificates, including: Leadership in Senior Management, from 2011 to 2012, from the Office of His Highness the Personal Representative of His Highness the Emir; certificate in English language from Cambridge University - UK in 2009; and a certificate in project risk management, and many specialized and general management courses.
He held various positions, including: Head of the Literature Department, Acting Director of Cultural Affairs and Festivals Department at Katara. He joined Dreama as Head of the Activities Section in 2013 and then became Acting Director of Public Relations and Media.
He currently holds of the position of Head, Administrative Services Department.
His most significant achievement was the event “We Roll Up Our Sleeves for You” at Dreama in 2014.
Mr. Ghanim Abdulla Al-Ghanim is experienced in preparing and implementing social projects, programs, and events. He established the social website “My Family” in 2000.
Mr Al-Obaidly holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration in addition to a number of certificates including: Electronic Human Resources, Payroll Accounting, Effective Communication and Customers Service from the General Authority of Customs, Plans Preparations and Job Description & Classification from Institute of Administrative Development (IAD) in addition to a number of other specialized and administrative courses.
Mr Saif has 18 years of practical experience in different positions such as: an Employee in Human Resources for the General Authority of Customs from 2004, an Executive Secretary at the National Human Rights Committee from 2011, Human Resources Researcher at Qatar Statistics Authority since 2012 and lasts a Human Resources Researcher at Ministry of Municipality and Environment.
Also, Mr Al-Obaidly participated in a number of committees and work teams as being Secretary-General for Human Resources Committee, member of Employees Accommodation and Restructuring of Government Entities Team, Member in the Job Fair team for Both General Authority of Customs and Ministry of Municipality and Environment. In addition to organizing a number of conferences and training workshops for the National Human Rights Committee.
Mr Al-Qadi holds a B.Sc. Accounting from the College of Administration and Economy and a Diploma in Human Resources Management. Also attended a number of internal and external courses in Budget Preparation, Financial Reporting, Public Projects Management, Train the Trainer (TOT) and Public Speaking, Executive Management, Negotiation and Communication Skills and Change Management, in addition to many other specialized courses.
Mr Khalid has practical experience of more than 14 years in a number of positions including Budgets Researcher in Ministry of Civil Service and Housing and Then the Finance Ministry for 11 years where he joined as an Assistant Researcher and worked his way up to Assistant Head then Head of Section responsible for Human Development and Environment Budgets.
Also, Mr Al-Qadi participated in a number of committees like the State Budgets Committee – for a number of years, Committee member in Payroll Budgeting Committee at the General Secretariat – Council of Ministers, Secretary to the Finance Committee reporting to the Finance Minister in addition to be a member of a number of other committees.
He holds a Diploma in Public Administration, and joined Kahrama in July 2007. In august 2008, he joined the Childhood Cultural Center as Activities Coordinator in addition to his capacity as Acting Head of Children Training Section. In January 2017, he was seconded to the Orphans Care Center, Dhreima as Head of Implementation and Follow Up.
Mr. Abdulla Al-Fadhala attended numerous training courses in Interpersonal Communication Skills, Training The Trainers, and Organizing Exhibitions and Conferences.
He holds a BA in History from the University of Qatar in 1995, and has a spectrum of management skills, leadership ability, and interpersonal and negotiation skills.
He held the position of a School Principal at the Ministry of Education in 2005, and Head of Contracts Unit at the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning in 2008.
He joined Mohammad Salem Al-AhbabiDreama in 2011 where he currently holds the position of Head, Purchasing Section, overseeing the provision of the needs of users and employees, in addition to administering the contracts of Dreamer’s suppliers of furniture to orphan houses and employees’ offices. He takes part in the activities and events organized by Dreama.
She holds a BA in History from the University of Qatar in 2001, and has a spectrum of management skills and the ability to lead individuals and development projects, as well as developing the skills of others.
She has been working for (Dreama) since 2005 where she was the Head of Human Resources Section. In this capacity, she supervised the human resources aspect with the objective of achieving the desired outcomes in the most cost-effective manner within the quality parameters of the center.
Mrs. Amna Jamal Al-Tamimi currently holds the position of Manager, Planning and Development Bureau. She oversees the technical and administrative aspects of the office and participates in formulating strategic plans and integrating the plans of various departments in line with the vision and objectives of the center.
He holds a BA in Accounting - College of Business and Economics, University of Qatar, 2004.
He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, Beirut, 2010, and has 15 years of professional experience.
He was the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Qatar Development Bank before joining the Orphans Care Center (Dreama) in 2016. His most important achievements were the preparation of the organizational structure, internal regulations, the salary structure and job descriptions of each of Qatar Development Bank, Doha Film Institute, and Qatar Business Incubator Center, where he gained this experience from his participation in local and foreign courses with high-profile companies such as E & Y HayGroup.
He co-organized Qatar Development Bank's acquisition of Qatar Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) where he was responsible for all human resources and administrative matters during the company's merger with Qatar Development Bank.
He has a range of management skills and ability to lead individuals and development projects in various technical and financial aspects that he gained from various courses.
