We at the Orphan Care Center - Dreama - are committed to caring for orphans and those under their age (18 years and under) and integrating them into society and contributing to providing compassionate and safe care for them and settling them in alternative foster families by contributing to providing support for their access to the necessary educational, health, psychological and legal services. With a high level of quality, safety and health that meets their requirements and needs.

Our work methodology is based on applying the best administrative practices, adhering to standards of quality, safety and occupational health, adapting the latest educational and psychological methods, information technologies, legal facilities, and protecting their privacy to achieve excellence in providing support and care to orphans inside and outside the shelter and with their foster families in a way that reflects our uniqueness and is consistent with our values.

To achieve this, we commit to:

• Compliance with all laws and legislation related to occupational safety and health, including compliance with the requirements of the State of Qatar for occupational safety and health, the requirements of the Ministry of Social Development, the regulatory authorities for our field of work, and the requirements of the occupational safety and health specification.
• Providing the necessary resources to comply with this policy and the requirements of the occupational health safety and quality management system.
• Setting goals for quality, safety, and occupational health on the basis of strategic outcomes, and the achievement of those goals is evaluated periodically and during periodic administrative review meetings based on the evaluation and data analysis.
• Identify and evaluate occupational safety risks and opportunities within permissible limits to prevent accidents and exploit opportunities.
• Preventing work injuries and occupational diseases and supporting the health and well-being of workers and orphans.
• Continuous review of work systems and regulations, and developing them in a balanced manner, in accordance with the requirements of our partners, and the relevant laws and legislation to embrace and care for orphans.
• Continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management system, occupational safety and health, and continuous follow-up of our strategic goals and objectives through measuring and evaluating the quality management system, occupational safety and health.
• Continuously improving service delivery methods to achieve beneficiaries’ satisfaction.
• Commitment to involving employees and consulting with them and their representatives.
